Order Cancellation or modification3.1 Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled until they are assigned a first-mile tracking number (usually before the first 24 hours). It is the customer&apos;s responsibility to ensure safe and accurate delivery details. In the event of any issues, such as theft or misdelivery, we encourage customers to file a complaint directly with the courier, as we have no control over their practices once the package is in their possession. However, we are committed to assisting our customers to the best of our ability by contacting the courier on their behalf and working towards a resolution whenever possible.4.2 Package Pickup: If the package is available for pickup, details will be specified in the tracking information.
